Shortly after graduating early from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi, Nicole joined Shea Wealth Management in May of 2015. She holds both Series 7 General Securities and Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law licenses. Additionally, she obtained her Life & Health Insurance License and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) candidate and has completed the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Financial Planning Certificate Program.
As the third generation in the financial services industry and an eternal philomath, her education and devotion to enhancing client servicing in our ever-changing industry greatly assist our firm in its responsibility to uphold a fiduciary standard. Nicole believes that a vital component often lacking nowadays in the modernized Financial Planning world is simply building a genuine bond with individual clients on a personal level. “Getting to truly know your clients is not only beneficial to the development of a trusted partnership, but it is also an incredibly powerful tool in refining an individual’s financial plan."
Throughout her time at college, Nicole had the privilege of balancing academia and athletics. Nicole played Division 1 golf while attaining awards such as Athletic Honor Roll and ensuring a spot on the Dean’s list. Nicole enjoys staying involved within the community by routinely participating in local charity events, in particular those related to child and animal welfare. From volunteering at Santa's Village, the Wildflower Festival, and the Eisemann Center to being elected for the first class of Richardson CARES (Citizens Academy & Resource Education Series) and the 23rd Richardson Fire Academy; Nicole finds a deep joy in participating in activities that are specific to Richardson.
Nicole is fervent about her work and embodies the sentiment, "find a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life". When she eventually steps away from her computer & headset to end her work day, she can be found walking with her husband, Anthony, pushing their three adored dogs—Winnie, Flower, and Addy— in a stroller, reading her favorite devotional, or on the golf course.
